For this project, frequent client MCX LLETTI needed album art for his newest single, “Lose My Mind.” The main inspiration for the artwork was the photo I selected from the multiple photos he sent me. I started out by editing the chosen photo in Lightroom and giving it more of a distinct blue and purple color grade, almost similar to black and white. Next I added some film grain and distressed textures to give it some more feeling. As a special effect I heavily pixelated his hands to make it more interesting. For the final touches, I added the song title and artist name at the bottom of the artwork as well as some more distressing to tie everything together.
